The time has finally arrived, going to brew a pale ale on new basement system. Will be using just El Dorado hops.
Here's the recipe I created with what I have in grains wise 5 gallon into keg.
8lb marris otter
3lb Vienna
8oz Caramel 50( i also have around 8 oz of honey malt)
El dorado 0.5 oz 60 mins
El dorado 2.oz Hop stand
El dorado 5oz dry hopped 3-4 days, at end of fermentation
Yeast is Hansen blend from white labs
Any thoughts or changes you would make
