Hey everyone hows it going? I currently live in Ecuador where some friends and I have opened a Hostel after graduating from university up in Oregon.
I have brewed a few times by my self and now we are looking at opening a small nano brewery here in Ecuador to better serve our guests as well as our fellow travelers whos taste just isn't satisfied by the local Industrial Pilsiner ( okay the truth might actually be that were sick of the local beer and what better way to solve that problem then brew our own!?).
So in short Ill be lurking a lot and learning all I can about brewing on a larger scale! Thanks guys
