Brewer's Edge - Mash & Boil - Control Panel - add caulk?

I just got the Brewer's Edge - Mash & Boil ( woot! ) and I'm curious if I should add caulking around the control panel to ensure water doesn't go behind it? Or is there a seal there I don't know about? Will do my best to keep this dry but this is a belts + suspenders question.

Not sure if it really needs it or not, but now you made think that I should. Couldn't hurt I guess

I added it around the control panel for peace of mind. The switches have a good rubber seal.

But now is where is the vent for condensation to escape
