So I found out today that I am being sent out of town with work for three months. Last time I got sent away for this long, everything in the kegs did fine and I didn't have any problems. I have a slightly different issue this time. I have a lager in a fermenter that I brewed three days ago. I figured all I can do is just leave it be in the fermentation cabinet at 50 and hope for the best. Any other ideas? I leave on Saturday. BTW, if any homebrewers in El Paso want to loan out their gear so I can get some brewing in, let me know!
