Hello,
I have my first two batches sitting in bottles down in my basement. Batch 1 was a Cooper's Lager that came with my DIY kit. Batch 2 is a Cooper's Wheat. I am feeling very thirsty at the moment!
Having a hard time waiting for the first batch to sit long enough to hit Cooper's recommended 2 week mark. No matter what my beer taste like I highly doubt any bottles will remain after a week or two once the first one is opened!
That said, I think all in all I'm a patient guy.
