Hi,

Could it be a problem to bottle at room temperature from a keg with a beergun? I've been told that the beer could foam if it's not done at cold temperature...actually, my keg is in the fridge...but the carbonantion level is not reach yet but I have to remove the keg of the fridge as it's my fermantation chamber and I brew a new batch tomorrow...thus my keg will be at room temperature till the bottling...

Thanks!

If you try to bottle room temperature beer with a beergun, you will get a bottle full of foam, not beer. You need the beer cold when bottling to keep the carbonation in suspension.
