Probably a dumb question but....

I am about to start a pumpkin and holiday ale. Planning on holding some back for the 2014 holidays so they get some good age to them.
When I hold them back, should I put in refrigerator to maintain or
keep them in closet at around 68 degrees until I want to chill and drink em?

It's a waste of space to keep them in your refridgerator that long unless you have dedicated space. Are these going to be beers that will stand up to being aged over a year? If so, then leaving them at 68 shouldn't be a problem

Good deal! Right now I have a hefe and I know those need to be drank younger. Next I have a wheat pale ale...once I put them in the refrigerator, I'm assuming they'll maintain close to the same notes and flavor as the time when I put them in?
