Blichmann 3 way valve leaking - can i fix or need to replace?

3 way valve is dripping badly in the opposite direction of what i have the liquid flowing - is there a way to tighten or stop this? in other words when i have the valve handle turned to left (liquid flowing out the right) the left side is dripping badly... Does that make sense? Can this be fixed or do i need a new valve?

This is the 3 way valve at the top of the Tower of Power to control flow
