let me first say I love my 15 gallon Spike Mash Tun, I also am the proud new owner of a Spike CF-10. As far as the brew systems go, I like certain things about both. If I go with the Spike System I’d definitely go with the 20 gallon kettles and a 50 amp panel, if I choose the Blichman System, it would have the 15 gallon HLT, MT and the 20 gallon brew kettle. I brew 5 and 10 gallon batches, which are actually 6 and 12 gallon batches, I currently have a gravity feed system I built. It has a 15 gallon LP Gas fired HLT, a 15 gallon Spike MT with a Blichman sparge arm and a rims system, and a 20 gallon SS Brew TEC, LP gas fires boil kettle. What are your thoughts on the two systems.
