So long story short my birthday falls on 'Learn to Homebrew' day, Nov 5th. So I'm looking to have a few people over to show them the whole brewing deal and I'm finally restocked with two fresh kegs,

Looking for some thoughts or comments on my first draft of a recipe:

16# 2row
1.5# Munich Malt
1.5# Honey malt
.5# Crystal 60 or 80
.5 Carapils

FWH
1oz Cascade
1oz Amarillo

Boil 90 min

Hop shedule:
Blend 2 oz Warrior 2 oz Amarillo and hop continuously throughout boil. Here a hop, there a hop, every time I look drop a few more hops. Or more measurable maybe a 1/4 oz of each at (90,75,60,45,30,15,10,5)

Ferment with Wyeast 1272; Dryhop 2 oz Cascade.

Recipe looks solid but honey malt is pretty strong. I'd consider dropping to 1lb. Also, I don't like hopping between 60 and 20min. I just do a big bittering up front then do a lot from 20 min in. I also like to use at least 1oz per gallon for dry hop on dipas.
