I'm looking to make my first non-SMaSH recipe and would like some advice
5.5 Gallon Yield
37L
1.066 OG to 1.014 FG
6.8 ABV
63 IBUs

12# Maris Otter
1# Midnight Wheat

1 oz Mosaic (FWH) (21 IBU)
1 oz Cascade (60 min) (16 IBU)
1 oz Mosaic (15 min) (16 IBU)
1 oz Mosaic (Flameout)

WLP 060 with 1L Starter

Secondary
2 oz Oak Chips Soaked in Jameson (21 days)
1 oz Cascade (7 days)
1 oz Mosaic (7 days)

Mash at 154 for 60 mins
Add FWH during 10 min mashout

I currently have
4 oz Mosaic
2 oz Cascade
12+ lbs MO

Looks good to me. If you want less roasty flavor to come through you can add the midnight wheat at the end of the mash just until the wort turns dark enough for you. Let us know how it turns out.

Update: I wussed out on oaking. The resulting beer is fantastic hoppy, but not punch you in the face bitter. Mosaic is quickly becoming my favorite hop.
