I love this IPA and having brewed eschatz (sp?) recipe and loved it has anybody brewed the recipe from Zymurgy? The difference in recipes here and all over have hop additions closer to the end of the boil and possibly whirlpool. I have a starter of 001 going now (3rd gen) and I'm ready to brew 10 gallons this weekend. I know I can produce a great beer with the recipe but would like to hear if the recipe from Zymurgy is better. It seems that the difference in hop additions would be huge.

The one on here is really close and really good. I think I used American Ale yeast II, but can't imagine 001 would be bad. I would like to harvest some two hearted yeast and revere it.
