I ordered a Ferrari italian corker from Bell's Brewery homebrewing store. From the description, I thought it was the model that corked champagne bottles. But after receiving the item I realized it was the model that just does wine bottles. I called the store to see if I could return it. I was expecting to pay shipping back, and having to order the model from someone else. The person I talked to offered to order the model that I wanted and ship it and include a return shipping label. This was at no additional cost. The company went beyond what was needed to make me a satisfied customer.

Bell's is my local homebrew store (and brewery). They are all very nice and special order stuff for me all the time. I recomend ordering from them. Great store to deal with.
