So I made a porter and after a few weeks I went to keg it and started my force carbonation. It sat overnight and on my way to work I realized I forgot to purge the keg of oxygen before starting it. It sat for about 18 hours like this and I'm wondering if anyone has made this mistake and if it affected the beer flavor? I really don't want to have to toss it.

no, don't even worry about it. it helps to purge, but the co2 will force the 02 to the top and out of the beer. if that was last night (or the last few nights), i'd guess you already did purge it, so it's all good. if not, purge now, and look forward to a good beer

Relief. Ya I purged it as soon as realized I forgot. Good to know it won't ruin everything.
