Ingredients:
3.3lb CBW® Bavarian Wheat LME (unhopped)
2lbs American Pale 2 row brewers malt
1lb British Carastan 30-37
3oz Cascade Hop pellets
Wyeast 3068 Weihenstphan Weizen Yeast
2oz local wildflower honey

1) Boiled 2gal of my city tap water and transferred 3qts into my Home Depot cooler -converted- mash tun http://rivercrewbrewingcompany.wordpress.com/2011/03/30/building-my-10-gallon-mash-tun-cooler/
2) When water cooled to 152*, addes all crushed grains. Covered mash tun cooler and let stand for 60min
3) Transferred wort from mash tun cooler to stovetop pot; ran the remaining ~5qts of water (160*) over my grains and into my stovetop pot
4) In a second stovetop pot, boiled 2gal water and added 3.3lbs LME https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10201713767638853&set=o.42244492181&type=3&theater
5) Set my timer for 60min and added 1oz Cascade hops to the pot with my all grain grain wort
6) Constantly stirred both worts, allowing foam to rise to brim and poured in a small amount of cold tap water to prevent boilover
7) At 30min, added 1oz Cascade Hops to LME wort
8) Maintained constant stirring and controlled foam rising
9) At 60min, added .5oz Cascade Hops to each wort and turned off heat
10) Transferred wort to my large "brewer's bucket", added additional tap water to obtain 5gal and began immersion chilling
11) Measured wort temp @ ~80* and added 2oz local wildflower honey
12) Pitched Wyeast 3068 when wort measured ~75* (activated yeast 1 day prior)
13) Primary 6.5gal fermenter for 9 days with initial temp 74* which lowered to ~70* after 8hrs
14) Transferred wheat ale into 5.5gal secondary (drank the rest of it flat; noticed mild sulfuric flavor)
15) after 5days in secondary, transferred to keg
