BB American Pale Ale - BRY-97 question

I haven't had time to brew an all grain in a couple of months and my pipeline is empty. I brewed a BB APA yesterday and it came with BRY-97. I have read that it is a notoriously slow starter. I have it in my fermentation chamber set at 62. Is that too cool for this yeast?

Yes I'd srart it closer to 68-70
