I don't know anything about sparge acidification. Is it different for batch spargers? What should I acidify the sparge to?

I'm using RO water.

Thanks.

Should be no different treatment between batch and fly sparging.

That said - if you are using RO water, you will likely not need to acidify your sparge water - the alkalinity is already very low.

I personally use Bru'N water to calculate my sparge acidification and lactic acid to acidify. I generally shoot for something like a 5.3-5.6 pH.

As mentioned, you probably don't need to acidify if using RO water.

If you do decide to acidify, it only takes a teeny tiny drop of 88% lactic acid to drop the pH of a couple gallons of sparge water.
