So I was just thinking about something different. I was thinking about brewing a shandy style beer but one that would be appropriate for the fall. I'm thinking using an amber ale and blending it with apple cider. Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to go about making this. Should the cider be in the fermenter or added at bottling?
