Hi

I brewed this SNPA clone a while back.

https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f66/nierra-sevada-session-snpa-clone-27673/

It come out really well - everyone enjoyed it. I would have liked it a little more hoppy though. I'm working on an APA inspired by the SNPA clone. Thinking something like this:

6.50 kg Pale Malt (SA) (4.0 EBC) Grain 1 92.6 %
0.52 kg Cara Gold (120.0 EBC) Grain 2 7.4 %
12 g Magnum [13.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 3 16.4 IBUs
15 g Perle [7.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 4 8.2 IBUs
1.22 Items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 mins) Fining 5 -
25 g Cascade [6.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 6 3.3 IBUs
25 g Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 7 5.0 IBUs
25 g Cascade [6.50 %] - Boil 0.0 min Hop 8 0.0 IBUs
25 g Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 0.0 min Hop 9 0.0 IBUs
1.0 pkg Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) [50.28 ml] Yeast 10 -

Beer Profile

Est Original Gravity: 1.055 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.013 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 5.6 %

Or perhaps stick closer to the SNPA clone and just add a 10 min centennial addition?

that would be:

10 mins - centennial 25 grams
5 mins - cascade 25 grams
0 mins - cascade 50 grams

What do you think?
