I'm in the final stages of getting my new 1bbl brewery up and running.

My 1st couple of systems were repurposed cooking equipment used on the stove top and then turkey fryer type burner.

Then I DIY a 3 vessel keggle system.

This new system is my first built by other people. Also my first with welded in fittings.

I got my BIAB kettle and basket from Colorado brewing systems and my Conicals came from SS Brewtech.

I have PBW but I'm not sure if it removes grease or oil residue which I think these all have on them. So I was thinking I clean with like dish detergent first then the PBW?

Passivation seems pretty straightforward fill up with water and starsan and let it sit for awhile.

So the stuff at Home depot is the same as what we brewers need? Well that's simple enough thanks a lot guys.
