Anyone Have Jockey Box Parts List?

I am going to turn a cooler I own into a three tap jockey box. I am going to use shanks and faucets from my kegerator, a three circuit cold plate. I need this for a June party.

Anyone have a parts list for connectors from the keg to the rear shanks, from the rear shanks to the cold plate and then from the cold plate to the front shanks? How long should the respective beer lines be?

Any help would be appreciated.

Tried Google:......Tons of hits and images......."Cold plate fittings".

You'll need to know the sizes of the fittings in your cold plate, before you commence to shopping fittings, I would imagine.
