Anyone have Criterion refrigerator

I'm spec'ing out my kegerator for our brand new kitchen. I need an undermount fridge, and plan on attaching the tower to the granite countertop.

Now I know I can spend $1,500 from kegerator.com and get this exactly, BUT, I'm all about saving money now.

So walking through Menards yesterday, i see THIS.
According to the specs it can be undermount (built-in).

I would just need to bore a hole in the top for the 2 beer lines. I'm hoping someone might have done this already (grasping at straws).

Looks like it should work, but requires 1.6 inches on either side min to exhaust the heat.

I would probably also add some fans behind it pushing air out through those side gaps.

In terms of the top, there are ways to with cornstarch and water to figure out where the coolant lines are, if any exist in the top.
