This is the second time I've used this strain and both times I've had problems. The first time was about a month ago and after 3-4 days fermentation stopped (took gravity readings to verify). I got that batch going after swirling the carboy and it finished up, but I'm afraid the final taste may have been altered due to it sitting without fermenting for a few days then starting back up.

I used this yeast again on Sunday and now it appears I may have the same problem. It has been four days and although I haven't taken a gravity reading, it appears that fermentation is coming to an end. Both batches were/are fermenting at 66-67 degrees constantly and pitched a starter for both as well.

Has anyone had similar experience with this yeast?? What might I be doing wrong?? Thanks.
