Another Tennessee Brewer

Hello from another Tennessee brewer. I'm down on the state line - brewing it up - drinking a diamond knot IPA as I type. I'm making the transition from partial mash to AG, trying to get my technique down as go. Next up is a big ol' ESB this weekend. Also made the quick leap into kegging and I love it - four taps, no waiting.
