Another NC Brewer!

I just recently got started brewing with my brother (who lives in SLC), and he bought me my brewing starter kit from Norther Brewer for xmas. I got all the extras and brewed an extract kit Amber Ale that has now been finished. I was very happy with it and am now looking for my next kit with my Wife this weekend.

I also have a 4yo son and am a complete dork most o the rest of the time. I've also taken on a couple projects (built a fermentation chiller) as well. i guess i'm jumping in feet first!

Welcome. I'm also in Concord. If you haven't been there, Alternative Beverage in Mooresville is worth a trip. They have a big, clean retail space with kits and lots and lots of brew stuff. There web site is a bit clunky, ebrew.com but the store is nice and they are very helpful.

Thats where i went for some of my parts. There is also a place in Hickory (Advantage beer and wine) that i was near for work, and they were super helpful as well!
