Larry Sayre, Developer of 'Mash Made Easy'
Change made since version 11.10:
Slightly lowered the DIpH (deionized water Mash pH) values for all "Non Categorized" malted and unmalted grains, thereby moderately increasing all of their respective 'Malt Acidities'.
NOTE: If a grist entry component does not correspond to any specific 'drop-down' revealed class as seen within the "Malt/Grain Classification (Drop Down)" it is "Not Categorized". The vast majority of unspecialized malted and unmalted grains are "Not Categorized" for MME, as MME internally handles them properly without any time consuming need to classify them.
