How is this looking guys/gals? I'm brewing an anniversary imperial stout, and i need some critiquing if needed. I might throw this on some whole vanilla beans or bourbon soaked oak as well. maybe both

3 gal batch (because of space and equipment)
90 min boil
mash temp: 158? suggestions?

9lb 2 row
10 oz chocolate malt
10 oz roasted barley
5 oz black malt
1.25 oz magnum 90 min
1.5 lb light dme (to boost abv because my equipment can't handle all the grain!)
Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale, with an obvious starter :)

the dme would be a 10 min addition to minimize malliard reaction.
