So after my big rookie mistake:
https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f39/rookie-mistake-costs-me-cash-353150/
I took what was left of the wort (about a gallon) and boiled it down to about half. It was weak since it was last runnings so I'm adding sugarwater to it. Like so:
1/4 cup turbinado sugar
1 cup brown sugar (dark)
1/2 tspn vanilla
1/4 cup DME (wheat)
This is to raise the gravity because I feel 1.03 it not good enough. Might be good, might be TERRIBLE. Time will tell. A little wasted sugar is better than just dumping the rest of the wort, no matter how weak it is. My opinion, anyway.
