After recently having some Victory Yakima Glory and stone sublimely self-righteous ale, I've decided to make an american dark ale (black dipa, etc.)

I'm not sure on the hops to use. I've got a mix of hops around. In addition to those used in the recipe, I have 4 oz each of Northern Brewer, Warrior (13.7AA), EKG, Willamette, and Galena. And another 2oz of Centenial and an oz of Cascade. Don't want the beer to be too piney and the orange marmalade description of Pacifica made me add the biscut malt, not sure if that was a bad idea. I have some Amber candi syrup in stock already and thought about using that to dry out the beer a little.

Should I add more Centenial as a dry hop?

I was thinking about splitting the pacifica into a dry hop and a keg hop?

Personally, I would NOT use Rakau (or most other NZ hops, with exceptions) for bittering. They tend to be showcase hops. Use that Warrior that you have for FW and bittering to get the IBUs you want.

Brewed it today, did a mash hop with an once of chinook and Columbus.

Bittered with warrior.

.75 oz of Pacifica and rakua at 10 minutes and then split the remaining 3.25 each between flameout and reserved for dry hopping.
