Hey, guys
I have some doubts about an aluminium kettle I user to heat sparge watter.
I've used it for a couple of times without having any problem. I just brew with bottled watter.
Last week, I boiled some tap water and the kettle developped a black layer where the water was. It hasn't naver happend with any kettles I have, even with the boil kettle
My tap water is from an artesian aquifer and it was some minerals on it.
Is that ok or should I use any problem to remove this layer?
I'm sending you some pictures of it. You can notive the difference in color from the edge to the rest of the kettle.
Thanks in advance!
