How does this look? Planning on brewing in the morning. The flameout additions I'm planning on a hop stand below 170, I just don't know that BeerSmith is set up right. My ibus will be off then. I'm sure it will be much more bitter. Using us-05 again and I'm going to try a teaspoon of gypsum.

At the malt bill is great when I mash below 150. Dry and a little toasty, I'm just trying to find the perfect hop or hop combo for it.

Hit it perfectly. Bringing to a boil now. Sample is in freezer and we will see where we are at. Haven't used this system for 4 months so my water calc was off. Short half a gallon...
