All right guys. I decided to make beer with all of the grain I had that had been milled. So here is what i ended up with. How do you think it will taste?

2.75 lbs munich
2.5 lbs pilsner
1/2lb wheat
1/2lbs gambrinus honey malt
1lb agave nectar( may go with 1/2 lb on this. Not sure as I have never used it before)

wlp Saison blend

mash at 145 degrees for 60 minutes for a highly fermentable wort.

also looking for feedback on hop selection.

I have

williamette,cascade,chinook,centennial,spalt,hallertau, perle,EKG, and maybe a few others.

About to start mash to reply quick please

Being that I have only cascade and centennial I did my saisons with
1oz cascade at 60 .5oz at 15m and 5oz at 5min. The recipe came out pretty good. No noticeable bitterness.

I might replace the 1oz cascade with some centennial next time tho

at this point I am thinking.

1oz ekg at 60 minutes(5.9% AA)
1/2 NZ hallertau at 30 minutes(8.9%AA)
1oz centennial at flameout

oh yeah and saaz is an option as well
