I would like to try this recipe soon. Some advice need it.
When I insert to the Beersmith I could not reach the IBU and OG with the amount that appears in the original recipe.
What should I do? Change the amounts to reach the real parameters o leave like it is? Or maybe I’m doing something wrong in beersmith?
I wanted to try a partial mash with Marris Oter , thinking to reduce the DME but the recipie call me for 3 Kg of DME + 1,5 Kg Marris Otter, this is 6,6 lb of DME + 3,3 lb of Grain.
The same for the IBUS.
Could someone help me.
