Hey. Hows it going? I attempted my first lager and did an octoberfest clone. Everything went according to plan during the brewing process. My question is that I've noticed the air-lock has started bubbling again and at times the sanitizer in my air-lock is very low. I had it in my primary for almost three weeks until the final gravity was reached. I've had it lagering now for two weeks at 35 degrees now and the activity just recently started again five weeks after it was brewed. Any help would be great. Thank you.

RDWHAHB, probably a combination of just off gassing, and maybe sucking back in a little sanitizer due to change in temp causing a change in pressure in the headspace, even if it fermented just a little bit more it really wouldn't hurt anything.
