So I made a batch of Brooklyn Summer Ale. The recipe call for one week of dry hopping. I will be kegging this beer. However I would like to age it for a month or two before starting to drink it. It ages very nicely. My question is I will be dropping the dry hops in the carboy for a week. From there would I rack to another carboy to get the hops out and let it sit in the carboy for a while longer and then keg? Thoughts?
