Hey guys, I'm doing possibly my last racking of some cider for it to age. I have a couple different variates so I will have two, one gallon jugs with lids and one three gallon carboy. My question is, is there another method of capping the three gallon carboy other than using the silicone carboy cap? I have plenty of equipment, so that's not an issue. Just want to make sure to age it the best possible way.

thx

I've had bad luck with those carboy caps with the two ports on top. I use the regular rubber caps with just the one hole at top. I've also had good luck with the white bungs that fit inside the carboy neck. Some of those come with a burp flap on top.
