i am just starting all grain ......going from extract, and am concerned about my water , as from what i have researched.....has a lot bigger effect with all grain. my concerns are
-my city uses chloramines
-my ph out of the tap is 8.7ish

i was considering either the https://www.morebeer.com/products/water-filter-kit-10-inch.html?site_id=5
or http://www.hydrologicsystems.com/co...ts/small-boy-de-chlorinator-with-upgraded-kdf

the hydrologic has a chloramine filter and a carbon block where the more beer is just a 10 micron carbon

i definitely dont want to go the ro route as i have got enough on my plate to learn for now

i pulled my city's water parameter sheet so you guys could give me some input

should i just go carbon filter and campden tablets
does the 5.2 ph really work?
thanks for all the input....i have read a lot of posts but figured since i have a general water report.....it might help to have peoples input on my citys water

thanks in advance

To my novice eye, it looks like really good brewing water. Use a half-campden per 10 gallons to nearly-instantly remove the chloramines just prior to doughing in. You should be able to knock back the alkalinity with some acid (phosphoric or lactic) without having to use too much (consult Bru'N Water Spreadsheet to get an idea of how much) since your water appears to be fairly soft without much buffering capabilities.

But wait for the real water experts to chime in before getting your hopes up; I miss details all the time :D
