A Thank You to Ink Bird

Just want to say thanks to Ink Bird. I reported an issue to Ink Bird with my 310T where the power to the pod was not shutting off even through the set temperature was reached. After exchanging a few HBT messages, they sent me a replacement controller. Very good customer service!

Good to hear. I run a RIMS with an Inkbird controller. No problem yet and hopefully won’t need it but it’s good to hear they back what they make.
