I would take everything at 30 minutes and move it down to your 5 minute or even 10 minute addition. Get rid of the 60 addition as well. If you're looking for some more IBU then add a little more at FWH. as for the varieties and amounts there are too many names there for me to concentrate on but i'm sure it will be good.
 
Thanks for the input. I made one similar to this before but with crystal 60 and Munich. Came it pretty damn good. Around 105 ibu's I think. Wanted to try it with Vienna and see how it comes out. I may just drop the boil to 60 minutes and move all hop additions from around 30 down to 15-0. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Ya, I can see that, you have a lot of hops boiling for a long time.

I think you may and up with a better beer using this approach. I think it was Mistress Yooper that once said, " the way to hop an IPA is firm bittering at the beginning of the boil, and then wait until late in the boil for your flavor and aroma additions". Words from the wise. :mug:
