My pale ale has been fermenting for 7 days temp controlled at 65° the krausen has not dropped and the fermentation is still going strong yet a bit slower... Is this due to the low temp- could this be a good utilization- is it alive?

This is the first time with a Better Bottle- before I used a opaque bucket so I never saw all the yeast in action... but its been a whole week and it looks like it is going strong... bubbling away.

12 oz Victory
8 oz Munich
8 oz white wheat malt
2 lb of Briess DME
4 lbs LME at the end of boil
Wyeast 1056 with 24 hour starter
O2 witha a tank and stone for 1 min.

Just ride it out.... the yeasties are doin' their job. I'd give it at least 2 more weeks, and then check FG to see if it's done.

I keep my ales between 65 and 68 degrees...

Beautiful. That is exactly what happens when you do it perfectly. What hops ?

The yeast is just doing it's job. Each fermentation is different. Some go fast others just chug along for a long time. I had one look like a lava lamp for 3 full weeks.
