Nice what you did for the hop´s boiling . I just use hop bags and forget about it but very nice. Do you have plans or photos for that modification to share? Brew on! And welcome to the Braumeister family! It´s a great system.

cool video, except it looks like you've got the screen on above the perforated disc at the top of the malt tube, should be the other way around! post some details of the the brew school if you have a minute
