just got done starting 4 /1 gallon batches of mead.A cyser/graf, bracket,honey ale and last but not least a modification of Joe's quick Grape mead.I changed out grape juice to tart cherry and lessened the honey and added 10 oz. of DME. I hope to end up with something like a cherry port.Anyone got any suggestions, am I on the right track or am I missing any thing .By the way O.G. was 1.090
