Is this just a coincidence??
I have now brewed a Nut Brown, Stout, Belgian Wit, and APA. OGs ranged from 1.044 - 1.062, but the final result has always been the same exact FG. I didn't notice a pattern until I couldn't get the Wit below 1.016, and the APA I just finished started at 1.044 which only gives me about 3.5% alcohol.
Yeasts used were WLP001, WLP400, and Nottingham all of which are supposed to pretty much rip through beer from what I've read on here.
Temp ranges were kept between 68-72 for WLP001, 68-75 for WLP400, and 65-68 for Nottingham.
Any thoughts?
