I apologize if this has been covered already but couldn't find any information.
I currently brew 10 gallon batch sizes and am trying to gain more control with my fermentation temps.
I've acquired a mini fridge and plan on turning it into a fermentation chamber with a temp. control regulator.
My questions is this:
I've seen many plans for building a chamber that will hold 2 or 3 carboys, but I would like to have it hold at least 4 carboys (2 - 10 gallon batches) if not more. Does anyone know of some good plans/instructions out there that show this?
I've got ideas in mind but would like to see something that has worked for someone...any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
