I take since this is a blend, the flavour profile will eventually change. Has anyone repitched. How did the turn out. I tried to top crop but it finished too quick. I saved the whole yeast cake. Will be using it again soon.
Brewed a Hefe 50/50 wheat/Pilsner. One decoction 10ibu tettnang Fermented at 67ish. Turned out great. Lots of clove not much banana. Could use a little more bread flavour.
Anyone know the comparison to 3068? I would rather have a yeast that is not a blend, just for reuse.
