California 3 pressure co2 regulator

Micromatic 3 pressure regulator. I was given it as a gift cuz i thought i would have more than one thing on tap at a time but i dont have enough time to brew more than once every 3 months. So idon't need it. Asking $150. Retail is $190 on kegerator.com

Those look like secondary regulators. Is yours a primary reg or secondary?
