3 Inch Draft Tower Flange Cover

I've been pulling my hair out over this. I've roamed these threads forever, strictly for kegerator/keezer info mind you. But I wanted to see if anyone could help me locate this elusive flange cover. I can find dozens of 2 1/2 covers like this:

But nothing for the 3 inch variety. Any help would be appreciated.

Check with a local plumbing supply house for a pipe escutcheon. Typically stocked in brass, chromed finish, and polished stainless steel. 3" should be no problem.
