I'm looking for a 3/4" Tri Clamp butterfly valve that looks like the following picture. The reason is because it's short and compact, so it will fit into my fermentation chamber when it's attached to the fermenter.

The 3/4" Tri Clamp ball valves, like that below, might be too long.

They make a short butterfly valve just like the first pictured in the home brewing standard 1.5 TC size with multiple hole sizes... Ironically, I have one that came with my cheap Chinese conical... Keep in mind the bigger the hole the faster its going to dump... I struggle with mine because its extremely difficult to time the amount of trub I want to dump without wasting too much wort... the ball valves work a lot better for this even though the butterfly valves are more sanitary and easier to keep clean... the locking handle is a pain too when it catches as your trying to close it quickly.

here a link to one of the many on ebay... (actually, most are short like this)
