Brewed a clone of Kona Fire Rock. Hit all temps just fine. Only issue that I had was in cooling the wort, for some reason the water stopped flowing in my plate chiller, did not notice until about 1/4 was through it, had to turn the water up and got it to 90 and had it in the freezer and in 2 hours was down to 75 and pitched a 1 liter starter. By the morning it was at 68 and just rocking.
