I'm 100% noob but I've been brewing my brains out during the last two weeks: 20 gal.
Bavarian Hefeweizen
Czech Pilsner
Amber Ale
Cream Ale

16825 gal

+ 5 more gallons from me. Deception Cream Stout from the Stout recipes forum. Smelled and tasted AWESOME!

16,830 gal

Not to be a nag, but we decided just beer, right? I've been seeing mead and cider creep into the thread. Ah, well...

+5.5 Nut brown Ale = 16835.5

Sorry... To clarify, that wasn't a "+1 gallons". Just giving ups to the post. Not that other home brews aren't equally awesome :) but the OP made the rules.

Yep first post of the thread:

Might as well do it again, same rules apply.

Anything brewed before 12:00:01 am 1/1/13 doesn't count.

Beer only! (for control purposes)

You can only count a beer once it is brewed, not before. So no "count me down for 200g!"

Let's see if this year's totals go above last years.

Add your number to the previous posters.
